Choosing the above hypothesis, the objective of our survey , relates to the importance of the problem in carrying out the mission of our school , as well as the practical and theoretical values ​​, the major concerns of all stakeholders of society , on the school problems and its future . Taking into account the results of the survey in five grades of school system to two 9 -year-old town of Gjirokastra ( which also represent both qualitative and quantitative levels , in terms of the students in these classes have ) it results :
After the school mark with initials ( A ) and ( B ) , in order to reduce the effect of moral and ethical indication in testing conducted on them , we can say that the school ( A ) is one of the largest schools and higher quality city ​​regarding the 9 -year education , while schools ( B ) has a limited number of students in these classes and a lower quality feeds them .
